FOBC award ceremony 2010

The Federation of Bangladesh Caterers event took place on Sunday 18th July 2010 at 4-star luxury Royal Lancashire Hotel in Paddington.
The guest speakers included a distinguished guest list of cross-party MP's and ministers such as the Rt Hon Dr John Vincent Cable, Paul Burstow MP for Sutton and Cheam, Anwar Choudhury, British High Commissioner of Bangladesh and many others.The ceremony was presented by Lisa Aziz, a former ITV West and Sky News anchor, known for one of the leading media personalities of the decade. Nick Clegg could not attend the ceremony, however, he had sent a video link discussing the importance of bangladeshi caterers and wishing the participants good luck.
 
Mr Abdul Rob of Tiger Garden 41 West Street, Marlow received an award for the most outstanding restaurateur, which is an award for those who provide the ultimate dining experience in terms of quality, decor, creativity and service, thus raising the standards within the sector as a whole in Buckinghamshire. He also owns Tiger Cub, an additional member of the Tiger family. This restaurant was designed by one of the most renowned top designers in London.
